Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry Level Sales Account Manager located in Dallas, TX. The selected candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, manage customer accounts, and ensure satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Responsibilities include identifying potential leads, cultivating business opportunities, and effectively communicating with clients to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and build long-term relationships
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining client accounts with attention to detail
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in sales or logistics is a plus but not mandatory
