Funciones:

Trato con bancos de datos para la planificacion de la logistica

Verificacion de facturas del material directo e indirecto (workflows) en cooperacion con el departamento de contabilidad

Contacto regular (en aleman, ingles y espanol) con proveedores y transportistas externos

Gestion y control de los movimientos logisticos en SAP sobre materiales en consignacion

Colaboracion en el registro de albaranes de proveedores en SAP

Participacion activa en Daily Management de logistica

Gestion y control de las irregularidades y anomalias logisticas

Otorgamiento de certificados de recepcion para la union europea

Calculo y analisis de los Key Performance Indicators

Requisitos

Requisitos:

Estudios de ADE o Grados relacionados con la logistica

Nivel alto de ingles y aleman deseable

Buenos conocimientos de MS Office

Matricula en la universidad

Informacion adicional

Duracion:                     6 meses

Beca:                            800 brutos (jornada completa 40h/semana)

Horario:                        8.00-17.00h (una hora de comer)
