About  Beans.ai:
Beans.ai is a location intelligence company that creates hyper-accurate geospatial data. We've built multiple products and custom APIs that navigate end-users to within 10 feet of secondary addresses, including those found within apartment complexes, college campuses, mobile parks, hospitals, etc.

We currently serve more than 200,000 transportation and delivery services nationwide, including UberEats, FedEx Ground, OnTrac, Instacart, and more, and power over one million deliveries a day. Our data is also used to improve operations for government and public safety agencies, telecom providers, and real estate professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that has just raised $17m in Series A funding, with plenty of scope for career progression.

Job Description

About the role: 

The Head of Marketing position will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption

What you'll do:-

  • Foundationally build the marketing function and lead a team of marketing professionals who will enhance Beans.ai products and solutions.

  • Create and execute strategic marketing plans that will help us achieve both our short and long-term goals to accelerate overall business growth ultimately

  • Own and execute Beans.ai product and branding initiatives to grow further awareness and understanding of our product to prospects and current customers, including go-to-market strategy for new features and product announcements

  • Lead strategy and optimization of conversion funnels and performance across all marketing channels.

  • Oversee the development of all content, including developing compelling and differentiated positioning & messaging that effectively translates what we've built, why, and for whom.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define, build, and maintain a monthly and annual dashboard of key metrics (MQLs, Pipeline, Revenue) by channel and continually measure, analyze, and report on performance.

  • Manage agency relationships/contractors to augment the capacity of the in-house team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field MBA preferred

  • 7+ years of direct management experience with demonstrated success leading and motivating teams as well as managing cross-functional teams

  • Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, or a similar role.

  • Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills

  • Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen

  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
