Job description

A growing, fast-moving organization in Chicago is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their team. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative HR group where you will get exposure across onboarding, benefits, and employee relations while working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to build depth and grow into a specialist path.

What you will be doing * Lead company-wide new hire onboarding sessions * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish * Support benefits administration and respond to employee questions * Maintain HRIS and ensure employee data stays accurate * Help drive compliance across HR processes and policies * Partner on employee relations matters and escalate when appropriate What they are looking for * 2+ years of HR experience in a coordinator-type role * Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, and employee questions * Comfortable presenting to groups and communicating across teams * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities What sets you apart * Experience onboarding large groups at once * Strong presence and confidence when leading sessions * Interest in growing within HR long-term * Ability to pivot quickly and stay on top of competing priorities Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
