Job Description:

The Banking Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including team leadership, customer experience, business development, and regulatory compliance. This individual will play a key role in fostering a positive branch culture while supporting growth initiatives and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional customer service.

โ€ข Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to recommend banking products and financial solutions.

โ€ข Generate new business opportunities through community involvement, networking, and local business outreach.

โ€ข Recruit, train, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.

โ€ข Oversee employee scheduling, timekeeping approvals, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching initiatives.

โ€ข Resolve customer concerns and escalated service issues while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:
