Job Title: Clinic Director - New launch Clinic - Physical Therapist
Department: Operations
Reports To: Group Director of Operations
FLSA Status: Exempt
Overview
This position is tailored for a physical therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit who seeks the opportunity to develop and expand a new clinic with Back In Motion Physical Therapy. The ideal candidate will be motivated to cultivate referral relationships and take on a leadership role within a dynamic team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Patient Care
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide Recommend Evidence-Guided treatment to patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage the discharge process.
  • Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
Clinic Leadership
  • Take ownership of the clinic's success by leading from the front-supporting the team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere using our intentional culture and organization values.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing staffing needs to support clinic efficiency.
  • Assess clinic performance metrics provided by the Business Intelligence team and provide feedback to leadership and clinic staff on opportunities for improvement.
Clinic Growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners to enhance clinic visibility.
  • Engage in local networking, outreach initiatives, and participate in educational events to promote the clinic.
  • Support efforts to strengthen the clinic's reputation and expand its referral base within the community.
Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure billing and clinical documentation are accurate and compliant with all guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining full compliance in all operations.
  • Contribute to budgeting and participate in strategic planning for overall clinic performance.

What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice.
  • Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
  • Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.
