Responsibilities:
• Facilitate both short- and long-term strategic goals across core product initiatives.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify and size product development opportunities, balancing trade-offs between feature growth and optimization.
• Drives the creation of learning agendas, design multivariate tests, and translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that shape critical business decisions and influence the product roadmap.
• Define success metrics for strategic initiatives, while delivering high-quality, data-driven analyses that surface impactful insights—particularly around consumer behavior, segmentation, and quality acquisition.
• Champion the development of self-service AI-enabled reporting tools, empowering cross-functional teams to independently explore, measure, and monitor performance.

• Experience with AI enabled tools (streamlit, Claude/MCP, n8n, windsurf)
• Ability to create ETL pipelines using dbt + Airflow
• Strong Creative Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills
