Primary Purpose:
Responsible for activities related to the creation of waybills for transportation and revenue purposes based on customer shipment requests.

Principal Duties:

  • Assists management in developing strategy, structure, and culture for the Revenue Waybilling (RW) team
  • Supervises the staff responsible for the timely and accurate handling of waybill creation and update activity
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of customer and internally generated cases, including the facilitation of improvement strategies for situational and enterprise opportunities
  • Provide training and support to customer and internal stakeholders for internal systems for billing
  • Manage and facilitate the timely completion of Revenue Waybilling priority items; identify and vet root cause of queue items for proper resolution
  • Analyze Revenue Waybilling call flows to help direct resources as necessary
  • Analyze waybilling activity to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with the management team to engage the IT partners on projects to support existing systems, improve processes, and further reduce manual inputs
  • Communicate process improvement and status updates to stakeholders
  • Responsible for the continuous development of staff and addressing personnel concerns as they ariseย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

Education:
ย  ย Preferred Level: ย Bachelor's Degree (BS)
