Reporting:

The Training Coordinator reports directly to the Manager of Quality Assurance and Training.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support Quality Assurance, Safety, and Training initiatives
  • Facilitate recurrent training for existing employees
  • Audit paperwork and records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Track and document training completion and audit results
  • Communicate findings, trends, and training needs to leadership
  • Manage workload effectively across a two-week rotation of auditing and training function

Qualifications:

  • No prior aviation experience required (training will be provided)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Ability to learn new systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements quickly
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow written procedures
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
  • Professional and reliable.
  • Must be comfortable conducting presentations or training in front of groups

Experience:

  • Prior experience in training related roles (helpful, but not required)
  • Experience in aviation, (helpful, but not required)
  • Familiarity with audit processes or document control systems (helpful, but not required)
