Job Title: OSI PI Lead---Location: Houston-Texas(Remote)
Hands-on expertise in AVEVA PI System

Job Summar:

  • We are seeking an experienced OSI PI Lead with strong expertise in the AVEVA PI System (formerly OSIsoft PI). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in PI System implementation, administration, integration, and support, along with strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, upgrade, and configure the AVEVA PI System
  • Work extensively with PI Asset Framework (AF) and Event Frames
  • Administer and support:
    • PI Data Archive (Historian)
    • PI Vision, PI ProcessBook, and PI DataLink
    • PI Web API and client tools
  • Install and configure PI OPC Interfaces, including failover and buffering subsystems
  • Develop and maintain PI Vision dashboards and reports
  • Manage OPC tag configurations and PI client setups
  • Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance-related artifacts
  • Provide L3 support and ensure system reliability and availability

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with AVEVA PI System
  • Expertise in:
    • PI AF, Event Frames
    • PI Vision, PI DataLink, PI ProcessBook
    • PI Interfaces and PI Web API
  • Experience with:
    • PI SDK, AF SDK
    • .NET (Visual Studio), Angular
    • SQL (Microsoft SQL Server / Oracle)
  • Knowledge of OPC configurations and industrial data integration

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in PI System installation, upgrades, and administration
