Job description

Company Overview:

  • This is a growing exterior remodeling company servicing homeowners in the Greater Austin area
  • James Hardie Alliance Select Contractor, GAF Certified Plus Installer and an authorized dealer of Pella and MI Windows & Doors products
  • Member of the NRCA and Austin Chamber

 

What is Being Offered:

  • $75K base + bonus (total $150K)

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee a team of 5+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
  • Lead weekly sales meetings
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven sales leadership experience within the home improvement/services industry
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call close, in-home sales process
