SUMMARY: The Platform Delivery Associate is a delivery-focused, client-facing professional responsible for ensuring the successful execution of KAGR's platform solutions and deliverables. The Platform Delivery Associate partners closely with clients and internal teams to drive business impact, optimize platform adoption, and inform product evolution. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead client delivery lifecycle and scrum ceremonies across cross-functional teams, managing backlog, priorities, and sprint planning to ensure timely, high-quality execution. Clearly articulate priorities, level of effort, dependencies, and business impact to both the scrum team and client stakeholders. * Support the training and development of business analysts and development resources, fostering a culture of continuous learning and delivery excellence. * Apply advanced SQL skills and expertise to proactively query databases, evaluate design implications, conduct discovery, and perform thorough audits of client platforms to ensure data integrity and optimal performance. * Provide ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring and proactive support for client platforms, ensuring continued platform stability, addressing emerging client needs, and facilitating maintenance and enhancements as part of long-term client success. * Act as a subject matter expert on the KAGR Data Platform, ensuring its configuration and usage are optimized to drive measurable client success and business impact. * Collaborate directly with clients to evaluate, identify, and develop functional business requirements and specifications, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable use cases and product requirements that drive successful delivery. * Provide proactive, data-driven guidance and best practices to client leads and account managers, empowering clients to fully leverage KAGR's platform and maximize the value of their partnership. * Address complex client challenges with analytical rigor-framing key questions, formulating hypotheses, and leveraging SQL and data model expertise to extract and communicate actionable insights for strategic decisions. * Gather client feedback and work cross-departmentally to inform product offering, manage client expectations, and improve service delivery. * Streamline processes to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance client services and support revenue growth. * Special projects and assignments as business dictates * Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES * This position has supervisory responsibilities.

(1-3 direct reports). SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; Master's degree preferred * 4-6 years of business analyst experience in a technology setting * Proven track record in client services and technology delivery, as well as ability to build cross-functional relationships between engineering, business intelligence, data science, and business stakeholders * Demonstrated experience managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of technology solutions. * Experience with SQL required. * Experience with modern data orchestration tools, particularly dbt, including data modeling, transformation workflow design, and analytics engineering best practices. * Experience Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel. Project management software such as JIRA/Confluence preferred * Knowledge of relational database and design structure concepts * Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills * Must be team-oriented and coachable * Must have attention to detail and focused concentration * Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently * Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow * Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
