POSITION SUMMARY
Calvin Klein is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Associate for our high-profile, high-volume New York City global flagship. The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, participating in a dynamic team to ensure every customer's experience reflects the iconic style, innovation, and sophistication of Calvin Klein.
In this key role, you will be responsible to deliver exceptional brand experiences and participate in a culture of excellence. You will be part of a team focused on delivering top line sales results through impactful consumer engagement, visual merchandising, and operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy
  • Support exceptional customer experiences through dynamic engagement including greeting, offering assistant, suggestive selling, and information capture.
  • Deliver on business plans through KPI goal achievement, inclusive of conversion, UPT, AVT and customer retention.
  • Actively engage with the sales floor and ensuring 90% of your time is spent interacting with customers.

Team Development & Culture
  • Participate in an inclusive and motivating work environment where team members feel valued, engaged, and empowered to contribute to store success.
  • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment and passion for the brand and our customer, treating all team members and customers professionally, courteously, and with respect.
  • Partner with management on personal development plan and performance management.

Customer Experience & Community Engagement
  • Champion a client-first culture by driving elevated service standards and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Maintain and in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to communicate brand value and build loyalty.
  • Leverage CRM tools and storytelling to develop loyal brand ambassadors.
  • Support in-store events to increase Calvin Klein brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Strive to deliver a sense of belonging and hospitality for every customer interaction.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
  • Partner with Store Leadership to ensure timely execution of floor sets, campaigns, and seasonal product launches.
  • Maintain pristine store aesthetics in line with Calvin Klein's global brand standards.

Operational Excellence
  • Support efficient operational processes including inventory management, loss prevention, and daily maintenance.
  • Ensure full alignment with corporate policies and procedures including LP, POS, and safety standards.
  • Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and appropriate levels of sales floor replenishment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Prior Retail Experience in Full Price Retail Markets
  • Dynamic and charismatic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for fashion, design, culture, and the Calvin Klein brand.
  • Highly adaptable, organized, and solutions-oriented with a hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand, reach, and squat for prolonged periods; lift and carry up to 30lbs.

Pay Range:$17.00-$21.50
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
