Associate Director of Client Services
Role Summary:

In this role, you will focus on the interim and project services practice side. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with industry leaders and clients. This role is crucial to expanding new and existing opportunities - demanding detailed oriented professionals who thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced and collaborative environment. Ideal candidates excel in high-volume cold calling, generating business leads, and possess a positive attitude and motivation for success.
This role will be working out of our beautiful Denver office.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with specific target accounts in designated geographical areas.
  • Work with clients to identify future projects /assignments and interim roles within accounting and finance.
  • Manage new and existing accounts through frequent communication and client visits.
  • Communicate cross-functionally with internal teams regarding additional needs and upcoming engagements.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure documentation is executed.
  • Support office goals by participating in team meetings, where you will discuss the project pipeline and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in business development and sales, or staffing.
  • A background in accounting and finance is preferred, but not required.

Our Benefits:
  • Century Group offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary and an incentive plan with unlimited earning potential. Total compensation will range from $100,000 to $350,000 with a base salary between $70,000 - $80,000 DOE.
