Salary: $120,000 โ€“ $175,000 per year (plus bonuses and performance incentives)

About the Role

Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP, one of the largest and most respected law firms in the North Bay, is seeking a motivated associate attorney to join our litigation group. In this position, associate will work closely with partners and a collaborative team on a broad range of civil litigation including ย trust and probate matters. This is a hands-on role offering immediate responsibility, direct client contact, and strong mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and draft clear, persuasive pleadings and motions
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Appear and argue in court
  • Participate in case strategy and settlement negotiations
