Job description

Job Summary/Purpose

Performs a wide variety of data analyses to correct complex billing exceptions. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Research and resolves assigned complex billing exceptions related to Collective, Net Meter, and Device Management.
  • Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to supervisor.
  • Supports the review of billing practices to ensure consistent resolution, and adherence to Billing Practices and Rules for each Operating Company.
  • Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
  • Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience, Master's Degree is a plus.

Desired:

Previous SAP-ISU (CCS,) MDMS, AMI knowledge, at least 1 year of Backoffice experience

Minimum experience required of the position

  • Associate Analyst I: Associate degree in a technical or business-related field and 0-2 years of work experience (such as: customer services, data entry, account management, etc.); OR in lieu of degree, minimum 2+ years of working experience
  • Associate Analyst II: Associate degree in a technical or business-related field and 2+ years of work experience (such as: customer services, data entry, account management.); OR in lieu of degree, minimum 4+ years of working experience

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position

Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
