This position ensures compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and company safety regulations. The Safety Coordinator oversees driver qualification and compliance programs, conducts incident investigations, monitors safety performance metrics, and develops initiatives to reduce risk and improve operational safety. What You'll do * Work alongside a team of talented professionals who are passionate about their work and strive for excellence every day. * Take ownership of challenging assignments and have the autonomy to implement innovative solutions. * Lead and drive impactful projects that directly contribute to the success and growth of Rural King. * Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
