Position Summary:
The Production Coordinator supports the planning and execution of touring production operations by coordinating logistics, travel, staffing, payroll, and administrative functions for live events and tours. Working closely with production teams, artists, vendors, and venue personnel, this role ensures operational details are executed efficiently both in the office and on the road.
Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate tour logistics, including travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and venue-related arrangements for artists, crew, and internal teams.
  • Support production staffing efforts by coordinating the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll administration of runners and temporary event personnel.
  • Assist with advancing show and venue operations, including hospitality, catering, backstage requirements, local staffing, and day-of-show logistics.
  • Maintain production documentation, budgets, calendars, reports, and operational tracking tools to ensure accurate communication and project visibility.
  • Serve as a liaison between production teams, venues, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate seamless execution of touring and event operations.
  • Provide on-site production support during tours and events, assisting with problem resolution and ensuring operational needs are met throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Travel up to 50%

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) Business, Event Production, Entertainment Management, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in live event production, touring, venue operations, or entertainment logistics.
  • Excellent intrapersonal skills such as strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; strong time management skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have a calm demeanor, good attitude and must be team orientated

Payscale: $22.67-32.10
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
