Continuously learns about maritime operations and company policies and procedures in order to make more informed decisions about analytical and reporting responsibilities.
  • Supports regular / ad-hoc analyses of HESS performance indicators to illustrate relative performance and opportunities for improvement. Has an understanding of the meaningfulness of statistics and the communication skills to convey that information to others.
