About the Position

The company is seeking both Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to lead large-scale electrical construction projects. These roles are pivotal in ensuring successful project execution across all phases—from preconstruction through closeout.

You will take full ownership of project performance, including operational execution, financial results, and coordination among internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. This is a highly visible leadership position where your ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards will directly influence client satisfaction and organizational success.

Requirements

Experience & Leadership

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
  • Proven success managing projects valued at $5M or greater
  • Stable career progression demonstrating increasing responsibility
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and cross-functional coordination

Project Execution

  • Demonstrated ability to lead full project lifecycles from preconstruction through closeout
  • Experience managing procurement, subcontractors, and daily project operations
  • Strong collaboration with field leadership to maintain schedules, productivity, and quality

Financial & Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in project financial management, including P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Deep technical knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and related installations
