Description
This is a remote role in Minnesota but the right candidate will need to travel to Alexandria MN for training.
We are an independent insurance agency specializing in a broad range of insurance products in business insurance, and personal insurance.
ย 
The Personal Lines CSR provides complete support for our Personal Lines Department with expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and does their part to ensure high client retention for the whole agency. This position requires exposure to all aspects of this department with diverse day-to-day responsibilities.

Role Expectations and Description
The CSR is a key component of our team. A clientsโ€™ experience from a service perspective can make or break the sustainability of our business. As a CSR, you can directly affect and control our clientsโ€™ experience.


Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
โ€ข Work with Agency Principal, Producers, and Team Members
โ€ข Order policies and issue documentation, certificates, and binders as needed
โ€ข Prepare account renewal submissions for marketing and proposals to obtain competitive coverage/cost ratios for clients
โ€ข Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by developing and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
โ€ข Bind coverage for new clients


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Job Requirements:ย 
โ€ข Experience working for an independent insurance agency
โ€ข Experience servicing/quoting/marketing personal linesย  insurance with multiple carriers, and wholesalers
โ€ข Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager
โ€ข Must be able to multitask and handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision
โ€ข Effective communicator (verbal and written)
โ€ข Insurance designation (Preferred)
