Greater Anesthesia Solutions is a locally owned and operated organization with a longstanding presence in Arizona, spanning nearly 15 years. As a privately owned entity, we are committed to fostering a sustainable practice that endures over time. Our primary objective is to offer healthcare providers an exceptional professional environment that supports their career journey until retirement.
We are proud to be a pro-provider group, dedicated to eliminating barriers for our providers. We firmly believe in empowering all providers to practice to the fullest extent of their training, steering clear of restrictive roles that confine them solely to preoperative and postoperative responsibilities. Our approach allows physicians to actively participate in the anesthesia care.
Our practice thrives on clear communication and teamwork, which are essential components of maintaining a positive practice culture. Regardless of the challenge at hand, whether it involves a difficult airway, a critically ill patient, or any other scenario, we expect our team members to collaborate seamlessly to provide the highest quality care. Our mutual support and collaboration further bolster our reputation and standing within the medical community. Our utmost priority is fostering a positive culture, where everyday at work feels like joining an extended family of dedicated professionals.
Our medical centers offer a comprehensive spectrum of clinical specialties, spanning from routine procedures to Level 1 trauma, neurosurgery, cardiovascular care, obstetrics, and everything in between. We emphasize the use of regional nerve blocks for effective pain management and embrace the latest Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Nearly all our locations are situated within medical centers and surgery centers, enabling our providers to practice true anesthesia care.
In summary, what sets us apart from other groups is our commitment to fostering a positive culture, granting full autonomy to providers, enabling them to practice comprehensive anesthesia, offering an attractive living environment, and providing competitive market rates.
If these aspects align with your interests, we strongly recommend arranging a visit to a few of our sites, where you can meet our providers, experience our practice firsthand, and engage with our leadership team. Discover for yourself what it's like to be a part of Greater Anesthesia Solutions!

All our sites are strategically located in the Phoenix area, which boasts ten hospitals, several surgery centers, and a multitude of attractions. Phoenix offers multiple airports, a vibrant sports scene with professional and college teams, a rich tapestry of art, music, and entertainment options, and proximity to scenic lakes, mountains, hiking trails, biking routes, and golf courses. The Phoenix suburbs consistently rank among the top places to live in America.
We offer the flexibility of choosing between 1099 and W-2 arrangements. Providers are typically assigned to a primary home base where they receive assignments and schedules well in advance, facilitating effective planning for time off and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Providers can also engage in shift trading, signing up for additional shifts, or giving away shifts to suit their individual preferences. For instance, some providers may opt to work extra weekends or evening shifts to expedite loan repayment, while others may prioritize family time or vacations, allowing them to trade out of those shifts. While some providers choose to get credentialed at multiple facilities for additional shift options, it is not mandatory.
