You In This Role are a highly organized and detail oriented professional with experience i document control, records managemnt, and change administration within a regulated manufacturing environment. You are process-driven, comfortable working across multiple departments, and capable of developing and maintaining controlled documentation, templates, procedures, and work instructions while ensuring compliance, tracability, and audit readiness
What You'll Do
  • Process document change requests and document change orders
  • Maintain controlled documentation within the PLM system
  • Create and update document templates and forms
  • Assist departments with creation and revision of procedures and work instructions
  • Coordinate document reviews and approvals
  • Ensure proper revision control and document traceability
  • Maintain document logs and status reports

What You'll Bring
  • 2 to 5 years experience in document control and revision management experience
  • Experience administering document workflows and approvals
  • Strong organizational and records management skills
  • Experience with PLM, document management, or quality management systems (Arena preffered)
  • Technical writing and document formatting abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
