  • Serve as the primary point of contact to both new and existing clients, fund administrators, reporting providers, RIAs, broker dealers, wirehouses for all operational inquires while collaborating with internal teams to facilitate a successful onboarding and ongoing experience of a registered fund

  • Fielding client servicing questions/issues from Financial Advisors (i.e. redemption questions, issues around cap calls, troubleshooting with new clients, managing issues with RIAs/IBDs in conjunction with wholesalers)

  • Managing workflows pertaining to relationship management with custodians

  • Speak with various custodians and third parties on a weekly basis for pricing & processing

  • Liaise between Fund Admin, TA

  • Work on the development of new products by taking them through structuring, creation of operating model, launch, and initial funding

  • Project manage new integrations with Custodians, Fund Administrators, RIAs, & independent broker dealers

  • Collaborate with internal and external project managers to strategically implement new business and meet ongoing client requests to ensure continued satisfaction

  • Effectively and proactively communicate relationship statuses with various third parties to internal stakeholders

  • Build excellent working relationships across multiple lines of business and corporate functions

Required qualities/ profile

  • 7-10 years of work experience in the financial services industry

  • Strong understanding and experience with Registered funds (private equity, private credit or real assets), custodial, transfer agent and fund admin relationships

  • Team player with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and desire to learn

  • Organized and motivated, able to work independently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity working with international teams and across cultures
