Anderson Longevity Clinic is seeking a growth-oriented Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our expanding longevity and wellness clinic team in the Tampa area.
This is an in-clinic, part-time position with flexible scheduling options and the opportunity for increased hours as the practice continues to grow. Providers will work under the supervision of a Medical Director while delivering high-quality, personalized care within a patient-centered, wellness-focused environment.
We are looking for clinicians who value clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of an innovative and rapidly expanding practice. Ideal candidates are relationship-driven providers who are comfortable supporting practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and community engagement.
What Youll Do
  • Deliver compassionate, ethical, patient-centered care
  • Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer in-clinic therapies including hormone treatments, peptides, and injury-focused regenerative therapies
  • Perform blood draws, injections, and procedural skills confidently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and patient records
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness goals, and clinic services
  • Answer patient questions and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Participate in clinic training, patient education, and practice initiatives
Growth & Practice Development
  • Build and maintain strong patient relationships that support long-term retention and referrals
  • Actively contribute to practice growth through community engagement, networking, and patient education
  • Support the continued expansion of the clinic by helping generate and maintain a strong referral base
  • Represent the clinic professionally within the local community and wellness space
Preferred Experience
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
  • Peptide therapy and sexual wellness protocols
  • PRP injections including facial, hair restoration, musculoskeletal, and joint applications
  • Facial aesthetics including medical-grade microneedling and Botox/neuromodulator administration
  • Hormone pellet procedures
  • Wellness, longevity, regenerative, or functional medicine experience
  • Strong venipuncture and blood draw skills
Required Qualifications
  • Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
  • Current national certification and active medical credentials
  • Ability to work professionally under Medical Director supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for wellness, longevity, and patient-focused care
