Job Description:

Rocktane Attendant is responsible for providing amplified customer service to guests at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City’s convenience store, gas station and car wash.  Excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor are required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide amplified service to Rocktane customers by providing friendly and attentive superior customer service.
  • Operate systems including point-of-sale, gas station pumps and car wash software and mechanical equipment.
  • Accurately maintain and appropriately handle all tender at including cash, credit, and player card point redemption.
  • Follow internal procedures for dispensing gasoline in accordance with state regulations.
  • Perform car wash duties as assigned including vehicle pre-wash and car tunnel power wash.
  • Assist with inventory counts of retail merchandise and verification of system data.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment; follows all safety protocols.
  • Meet Hard Rock’s standard for grooming, uniform, and attire.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management if necessary.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
