Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated with 10-15 years experience in SAP Procure to Pay resource with expertise in SAP Supply Chain, Supplier collaboration leveraging E2O / Ariba, and knowledge of integration to SAP GTS within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will oversee the technical and functional support for software product development in SAP S/4, Ariba / E2Open, and integration with SAP Global Trade and financial applications to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key job responsibilities
L6 SAP PMT role
- Build SAP based product vision and solutions
- Ability to identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes using SAP and championing for utility/intuitiveness/simplicity of process/product
- Conduct Blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis and produce detailed design documents reasoning from core needs, reasoning from core needs, challenging assumptions
- Identify change management and training needs, support creating training documentation and lead train the trainer sessions for Product changes
- Participate in strategic planning, roadmap discussions for SAP solutions including contributions to Amazon 1yr-3yr annual planning
- Manage quarter planning, sprint planning, deployment for product feature enhancements bringing in business value, business impact and reasoning.
- Defining critical metrics including - success metrics, product adoption, data driven insights into product improvement
- Prepare product design, functional specifications, configure, test and support implementation for all SAP RICEFW areas
- Build and support integration with cross-workstream processes - SAP PP, EWM, MM, SAP MES system
- Support SAP Production system for ticket resolutions, business support needs, understanding product improvement opportunities
- Team player, ready to share and contribute to collective success of the team
Analyze business and customer requirements related to SAP S/4 Procure to Pay, E2Open / Ariba supply chain collaboration solutions, and data integration solutions to/from Amazon corporate financial systems.
. Working with business, prepare technology roadmap to meet business medium and long term needs.
Develop feature design for SAP S/4, SAP GTS, and E2Open needs at Amazon Leo's in-house manufacturing and outsourced manufacturing.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements for timely and successful delivery.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to align the product roadmap with business objectives.
Design, Architect, Configure, and Review SAP and E2Open systems to meet business requirements.
Manage integration across SAP models, including Materials Management (MM), finance (FICO), E2Open integration, Coupa integration, and Amazon financial system integration.
Participate actively in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and Training.
Drive product discussion vision, goals, and monthly business review with executives, focusing on business users' adoption and support user training.
