Production Fulfillment Associate (Apparel Printing Shipping)About Us

BH Printing Services is a rapidly growing production and fulfillment company specializing in apparel printing and Amazon order preparation. We partner with leading eCommerce brands and handle high-volume daily production with a strong focus on quality, speed, and reliability.

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support both our heat press production and shipping operations.


Key ResponsibilitiesProduction (Heat Press)
  • Operate heat press machines to apply designs to apparel (t-shirts, baby bodysuits, and more)

  • Ensure accurate alignment and consistent print quality

  • Follow daily production schedules and meet output targets

  • Inspect finished items for defects, misprints, or quality issues

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Shipping Fulfillment
  • Pack orders for shipment (Amazon FBA and direct-to-consumer orders)

  • Label, polybag, and prepare products according to Amazon and company standards

  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock counts

  • Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming inventory

  • Prepare bulk shipments and palletized orders


Requirements
  • No prior experience required — training provided

  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
