Job description

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Landscape Architect III in our Pinehurst, NC office, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world.

You'll change the shape of your community by creating green spaces for recreation and connection. And, as part of our Landscape Architecture team, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Assisting in the preparation of site plans, master plans, concepts, renderings, and presentation materials
  • Conducting research, site analysis, and field documentation
  • Helping manage project tasks, deadlines, and documentation
  • Collaborating with managers and design staff throughout all project phases
  • Supporting design development for parks, golf and resort environments, mixed-use developments, residential communities, and commercial sites
  • Mentor and develop staff through technical guidance and project involvement
  • Participating in clientfacing and public reviews, coordination calls, and internal project discussions

We're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
  • NC Professional License required
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Strong graphic, design, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand graphics (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn from senior mentors
  • Portfolio demonstrating design capability and technical skill
