Primary Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • You'll also need experience working with Salesforce integrations and apps, as well as REST APIs and other integration technologies
• You have 5+ years of total Salesforce experience with Salesforce integrations, development, and architecture
• Every day, you will focus on designing and implementing solutions by doing hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, Flows and everything to help our Paylocity Sales & Service Associates
• Evaluate user requests, creating functional and non-functional requirements, architecting solutions, and working with development teams to develop and deploy solutions
• Architecting solutions and working with development teams to develop and deploy solutions that bring sales functions together
• Analyze new requests and create key architecture documentation and deliverables considering scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected for a complete solution design and architecture
• Our Developers do more than design - they communicate the intricacies and problems at hand

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
• 5+ years’ experience implementing and developing with Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for this position

• Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Platform Developer I

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Advanced Admin

• Docusign & Dell Boomi

Physical requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
• Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously
