Part-Time Delivery Driver - Key Millwork
Overview
Key Millwork, Inc. is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver responsible for the safe and timely transportation of architectural casework, millwork, and related materials from the production facility to project sites and customers. This role ensures that all deliveries are properly loaded, secured, and delivered in a manner that protects product quality and supports efficient jobsite installation and loading. The typically schedule for this position will be Tuesday through Thursday for 8 hours.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely load, transport, and deliver millwork and casework materials to project sites
  • Inspect materials prior to departure to confirm accuracy and conditions of shipments
  • Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transportation
  • coordinate delivery timing with project managers, installers, and jobsite contacts
  • Unload materials off the truck at jobsites when required
  • Maintain delivery documentation and confirm receipt of materials
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
  • Follow all company safety policies and applicable transportations regulations
  • When not fulfilling delivery and loading responsibilities, applicant will be responsible for assisting with shop organizing and cleaning

Qualifications & Skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required
  • CDL is NOT Required, but would be considered an extra qualification
  • Good communication and professional interaction with customers and jobsite personnel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate delivery trucks and cargo vehicles safely

Work Environment
  • Production cabinet shop environment
  • Exposure to wood dust, noise, and machinery
  • Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
