Senior Product Development Owner - (Hybrid, Columbia SC)
The Sr. Product Development Owner drives strategic product initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role combines leadership in product strategy, delivery execution, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
What You'll Do
  • Define and maintain product vision aligned with organizational goals.
  • Translate business needs into prioritized features and outcomes.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Communicate roadmap and progress to stakeholders.
  • Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure clear, actionable work.
  • Validate requirements and oversee testing for quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for the timely delivery of product increments.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Participate in continuous learning activities to sustain knowledge of the industry, management practices, and bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • At least six (6) years of experience in developing software in banking, finance, and/or lending environments.
  • CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and cloud concepts.
