Description
We are looking for 1-2 reliable, detail-oriented Property Inspectors to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is the last line of defense before every guest arrival - you are the person who walks through a property, verifies it meets nestago standards, and ensures nothing is missed. • Deliver supplies or small items to properties when combined with inspection runs
• Maintain accurate inspection records and photo logs in our property management platform
Qualifications
• Reliable personal vehicle (preferably 4x4 or AWD) and valid driver's license with current insurance
• Willingness to drive throughout Colorado Springs, Monument, Cascade, Woodland Park, and the surrounding areas
• • Strong attention to detail - you notice what others miss
• Dependable, punctual, and self-directed with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using a smartphone to complete checklists, submit photos, and communicate with the team
• Good communication skills and a professional, guest-first mindset
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
