Position Overview
Our growing virtual team is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy assisting others with exciting travel experiences and personalized trip preparation. As a Client Adventure Coordinator, you will help travelers organize vacation plans, review destination possibilities, and manage important booking details from the beginning stages through final confirmation.
This opportunity is a strong fit for people who enjoy customer interaction, staying organized, and working in a flexible remote environment. Whether supporting relaxing resort vacations, cruises, or international getaways, you'll play an important role in helping clients create enjoyable travel experiences. Training and ongoing support are included.
Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, excursions, and activities
  • Research destination options that align with traveler interests, schedules, and budgets
  • Provide helpful recommendations and planning support throughout the booking process
  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online communication platforms
  • Work with supplier partners to confirm reservations and itinerary updates
  • Maintain accurate client records and organized travel documentation
  • Stay informed on destination trends, seasonal promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Assist travelers throughout multiple stages of trip planning and preparation
Qualifications
  • Interest in travel coordination and customer service-related work
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage details and stay organized in a remote setting
  • Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other qualifying regions
  • No prior travel industry experience required; onboarding and training are provided
