We are looking for people who are self-motivated and want a career. This company is an Associate Owned Company which is the difference between a job and an opportunity. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Equipment Operator. This position provides great opportunities for growth and advancement. Pay is commensurate with skills and experience.
Description:
  • The applicant will responsible for running bulldozers, excavators, and skid loaders.
  • The Equipment Operator will work in a combination of new construction and remodel jobs with industrial, commercial and institutional work.
  • BGC will offer training to the Equipment Operator, with the ability to advance in the field.

Preferred Skills:
  • High school diploma / GED
  • Competence with hand tools associated with the craft
  • CDL Required
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
  • A basic understanding of how to read blueprints
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexibility & willingness to work in multiple positions
