Project Manager – Lead Commercial and Industrial Builds for a Growth-Oriented Industry Leader

The Opportunity You will serve as a pivotal leader in our Field Operations division, driving the successful execution of complex commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers the autonomy to manage multi-million dollar budgets and the chance to influence company culture as we transition into an elite "A-player" environment. You will be the primary bridge between architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring every build meets our high standards of service and quality.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of commercial projects to ensure all delivery deadlines and quality standards are exceeded.

  • Manage project budgets and estimate costs with precision to maintain profitability and resource efficiency.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical discrepancies before they impact the timeline.

  • Oversee the procurement and delivery of specialized equipment and materials to maintain continuous workflow on-site.

  • Implement strict safety protocols and building code compliance to mitigate risk and protect the project team.

  • Deliver transparent progress reports to stakeholders, providing data-driven solutions for real-time logistical obstacles.

  • Identify and advocate for process improvements that streamline operations and enhance team accountability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in construction project management, specifically within commercial or industrial sectors.

  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial reporting.

  • High proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed contracts, specifications, and project drawings.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate responsibilities and hold subcontractors accountable to high standards.

  • Excellent time management capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with software such as Procore, Sage, Microsoft Suite, and Project ICR

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or Architecture.

  • Active PMP certification or equivalent industry credential.

  • Hands-on experience with project management software such as Procore, Sage, or Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Advanced training in OSHA 30, Stormwater Management, or Fall Protection.
