Account Executive – Key Accounts

Location: Orlando, Florida

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive – Key Accounts to manage and grow relationships with our most strategic customers. This role focuses on retention, expansion, and long-term partnership development while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, consultative seller, and trusted advisor who understands client needs and delivers measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned key and strategic accounts

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals and company objectives

  • Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing discussions

  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and revenue forecasts

  • Prepare and present business reviews and executive-level presentations

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer success, finance, and leadership) to deliver effective solutions

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting
