Acute Care ICU RN - Nursing Clinical Coordinator. Seeking a skilled ICU Nurse in leadership to come be a part of a large health system opening up their new facility in North Dallas. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients, assisting the Nurse Manager in achieving an environment of excellence in clinical quality, safety, and service.

Pay: $87,842 - $104,223

Schedule: Days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives
  • Manage team, monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values for support
