Once you have compiled all the information you need, you analyze ways to streamline production and address problem areas, and then report your assessment to executives or managers. Recommendations may include installing and implementing new computer programs or organizational techniques, automating administrative tasks, finding and eliminating redundancies, and cutting administrative costs.
