Ian Siegel

Ian has played an executive Product and Technology role at a number of early stage to mid-size start-ups including CitySearch, Stamps.com, Rent.com, and Pictage. The idea for ZipRecruiter sprang into Ian's head while contemplating all the things he would rather do than read through a three inch stack of applicant resumes. Ian creates the product roadmap for ZipRecruiter as well as being the designated "talker" for the company.

Ward Poulos

Ward Poulos

Ward is a seasoned Internet professional, with expertise in standards-based web design, usability, branding and user experience. His past successes have been as Senior Web Designer at Rent.com, President of Just Fine, Inc. (a family of e-commerce websites), Creative Director at Pictage, Inc., and Creative Director at MyLife.com. As a founding member of ZipRecruiter, he fusses over the interface as a true labor of love. Ward also enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing drums.

Will Redd

Will Redd

Will has been developing internet applications since 1995, and has built software for a number of small and large companies, including Sony, GE, Maytag, Rent.com, and ThisNext.com. As a co-founder and ZipRecruiter's first engineer, he focuses on keeping all aspects of the technology as simple as possible.

Joe Edmonds

Joe comes to ZipRecruiter from a series of successful Internet businesses, including Stamps.com, Rent.com, and ThisNext.com, where he has played roles ranging from "head of technology" to "carrier of heavy things". His specialty is developing and maintaining scalable systems using Perl, Linux, and MySQL. Joe has been an Internet junkie since 1990, when he played Netrek on the CMU servers while obtaining his Computer Science degree from Brown University.
