Director of E-Commerce

Lead the day-to-day business activities of two distinct websites. Achieve e-commerce revenue, profit and website key metrics. Manage conversion of websites to new SAP platform and redesign of functional aspects and user experience redesign of both sites.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall e-Commerce business strategy
  • Create and execute a plan to deliver traffic and sales growth along with an exceptional user experience
  • Manage and optimize online marketing including SEO/SEM, shopping sites, email and social media
  • Develop integrated promotional calendar aligned with catalogs and other media
  • Prepare and present monthly analytical review of e-commerce performance and key learning
  • Partner with Creative Services to develop compelling promotional communications
Experience/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s  degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 5 years E-commerce experience at a management level
  • Demonstrated experience meeting revenue and profit targets
  • Experience with digital marketing including paid search, shopping sites, search engine optimization, and email marketing
  • Experience in website analytics with proven ability to use the metrics to drive business decisions
  • Ability to develop and communicate insight from complex technical and analytical information
  • Ability to collaborate with external  and internal technical and design teams
  • Proven leader, mentor, coach who can recruit, develop and retain top talent
  • SAP web platform experience preferred
